All of the homes have two or three decks over looking the water - and most of them boast two master suites, each with their own deck and private bathroom. They vary in floor plan styles, and average around 1800 interior square feet. Each one includes a BBQ, full kitchen, fireplace (gas or wood burning), full linens, and parking directly in front of the unit.
