Chinquapin has a couple different two bedroom townhome styles: two bedroom, two bath, carports; and two bedroom + loft, two bath, with a fenced in backyard. All with stunning forest views, they range between 1200 and 1400 interior square feet. All of the units have a deck, BBQ, full kitchen, fireplace (gas or wood burning), full linens, and parking directly in front, or in the carport of the unit. Since the homes in Chinquapin all have their own unique personality, the two bedrooms vary in bedding, decor, and living room arrangements. Perfect for a friend’s getaway or making new family memories - any time of the year!
